Our decision-making process, resources, and support is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high-quality data evaluation.

Our Mission

The mission of TEEAM is to unite Engineering and Technology Education professionals in a non-profit organization dedicated to the improvement of Technology Education by:

  • Promoting an awareness of the contributions of Engineering and Technology Education

  • Representing Engineering and Technology Education interests on legislative and other state and national issues

  • Providing opportunities for in-service training of teachers and other educators through conferences, published information, and meetings where knowledge and experiences may be shared

  • Serving as a collective liaison and representative of Maryland Engineering and Technology Education professionals with other professional organizations

  • Recognizing and rewarding the achievements of professionals and students in Engineering and Technology Education

  • Recruiting prospective Engineering and Technology Education teachers
